Technically sound and commercially suitable rolling stock may be leased. The current maintenance of the leased fleet is entrusted to the lessee. If it is necessary to carry out schedules types of repairs - the cost of relocation to the place of works, as well as the cost of the work itself - is paid by the lease provider. The rental rate is determined by negotiations, and may be revised upon agreement of the parties. Wagons are leased for running through the territories of Ukraine (except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas of combat operations, anti-terrorist operations and joint forces operations), as well as the CIS and Baltic countries (within the 1520mm track width space).
